Our path toward a sustainable and responsible future…

Sustainability is a long-term journey for us - one we actively shape. In 2025, we continued to work consistently on ecological, social and economic improvements, taking a close look not only at our operational technology but also at our processes, resource management and how we work with our employees. The first steps have been taken — with measurable projects, strong commitment and the conviction that true business success can only be achieved in harmony with the environment and society.

WE INVEST IN OUR ENVIRONMENT

With 526 kWp of installed capacity, our new in-house PV system now generates 25% of our electricity needs — clean, renewable and directly on site. An investment in green energy — and in our future.
To use our valuable resource, water, sustainably, we launched the “Water Saving Project” in 2025. It includes new measurement points for precise consumption monitoring, targeted leak detection and repair, as well as process optimizations aimed at reducing water usage.
In terms of sustainable mobility, we have also increased the share of electric vehicles over the past few years — today, 90% of our fleet is electric or hybrid. Compared to a fleet powered solely by combustion engines, this reduces annual CO₂ emissions by approximately 10–12 tons, lowers operating costs, and marks another step toward climate-friendly corporate mobility.
The modernization of all operational facilities is in full swing. With the installation of a new linear freezer, we are using the latest refrigerant technology, which is significantly more efficient and environmentally friendly than the previous model.

Whenever possible, we source raw materials locally. This supports our regional partners — and helps reduce emissions.

We promote the development of our employees through continuous education and internal training — both in technical and commercial areas:

  • JobRad for sustainable employee mobility (planned)

Since 2025, we have been an official training company, providing practical and future-oriented apprenticeships in both technical and commercial fields.

We will keep working on optimizing all aspects of sustainability and striving for progressive and fair solutions.
